At Hyundai Construction Equipment Europe (HCEE), we deal with the sales, marketing and service of Construction Equipment and Material Handling equipment in Europe.

We have over 100 dealers in 30 countries in Europe, selling our world class equipment and parts to clients.
In our headquarters we strive to offer an excellent service to all stakeholders and to do so, we are constantly looking for motivated new colleagues to join our team.
Do you have what it takes?
At the moment we are looking for a motivated high potential to join the After Sales division of our Material Handling Division in Tessenderlo as a Service Engineer.

What can you expect from this challenging job?

  • You are responsible for various aftersales issues.
  • You act as an advisor to our dealers regarding maintenance, troubleshooting and the reparations of machines.
  • You solve technical problems related to material handling products and discuss solutions with all stakeholders.
  • You are in charge of the warranty claims and discuss them with Hyundai dealers.
  • You carry out aftersales audits at dealers.
  • You offer onsite technical assistance if required.
  • You send out technical bulletins and field campaigns to dealers.
  • You provide and organize technical training sessions to technicians.
  • You give support to internal colleagues about aftersales related subjects.

Are you the new colleague we are looking for?

  • You have a technical bachelor or master degree combined with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a related industry.
  • You have a good background in electronics, hydraulics, mechanics, engines, powerlines (transmissions drive and steering axles, etc.…).
  • You are an independent problem solver, with a strong personality combined with the will to provide excellent support to our dealers.
  • You speak fluent French and English. Any other language is definitely a plus!
  • You have a hands-on mentality.
  • You are willing to travel to your dealer network within Europe.
